How my order will be delivered?

All orders have the size of a standard envelope, fit into any mailbox, and will be delivered the same as any regular post, directly into the post box. This delivery method allows you to get the order without having to present any ID in 99.9% of cases (Unless there is an issue with your mailbox and the postman leaves a note to collect the order from the post)

Tracking your order

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is shipped out. Simply log in to your preferred courier website and track shipment, viewing the current status of your order. How much is shipping?

We offer free standard delivery on every order and an Express delivery which is charged at €7. All deliveries come with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order till it is delivered to your address.

We will resend any lost parcel

Please do well to contact us if you don’t receive your parcel within 5 working days and 7 working days for the rest of the world and we will see into this. Please include your order ID and your tracking number in your message to us.

How long does delivery take?

We offer Express Shipping takes 24 hours, and standard delivery which generally takes between 1-3 business days. Those in rural areas may need to wait longer. You’ll receive a Tracking Number to give you information on when to expect your order.

How do I make my payment?

You can cancel or edit an order only before it has been shipped out. If you need to make any changes, please Contact Us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it or make any changes.
